Class Descriptions

ISOLATE
LEVEL 1
New to Pilates/exercise. Recovering from injury with minimal acute pain. Ideal for post natal training.
INTEGRATE
LEVEL 2
Familiar with Pilates concepts, and now working towards a greater core challenge.
STRENGTH
LEVEL 3
Good body awareness and core concepts. Long history of Pilates and exercise preferred.
POWER
LEVEL 4
A fast paced class with different repertoire each session. No ongoing acute injuries. Sometimes combined with Barre.
BARRE
LEVEL 4
Pilates exercises are combined with exercises also used for classical ballet at the barre. A mixture of body weight and resistance bands are used in these sessions.
