Carbs are still seen as the ‘enemy’, the naughty food type that makes us put on weight.
However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. It is our go to energy source, no.1 brain food, and encompasses food types such as fruit, vegetables as well as the common complex food examples such as bread and pasta.
