From the clinic to your home – strengthen the hips and pelvis to injury proof your body and move with ease!
Welcome to the Band-ITS Core online class programme. This 10-week course will introduce techniques and exercises used by me in physio and rehab sessions. It will enhance your core by primarily focusing on the hips and pelvis. By continuing to repeat the course using progressively stronger band resistance, you can significantly improve your ease of movement and strengthen your body.
This programme includes:
· 9 introduction videos to learn about anatomy, training principles and exercise set-up.
· 10 hour-long classes which progress in difficulty each week.
· A lower limb Band-ITS kit (posted the day you purchase the course).
I recommend you do each class 3-4 times in the week it is released to really feel the movements and muscles involved. When you have finished the 10 weeks, go back and repeat them but this time use the bands from the first class.
You can pause the classes at any time to work on an exercise in more detail or add more reps and sets. Remember to only add resistance when you have good technique.
