This exercise class is based on and around the chair. It is a perfect exercise session to do in the comfort of your own home and can accommodate those that want to strengthen but may not feel too confident in unsupported exercise.
- breathing and core activation
- challenges for the core and trunk
- strength work for the upper limbs
- standing work for the hips, pelvis and legs.
Equipment needed; stable chair and resistance band.
It is a 50min class but in 4 stages so you can do this as one session or break it into 4 smaller parts.
