This class was filmed in the Roseville location and is geared at a level 3/ intermediate session. Good command of core connection is required
The class includes mobility, 4 point kneeling, supine, standing and relaxation.
Half foam roller, resistance band and small ball (ova or chi ball).
Remember no exercise should cause pain, if positions are uncomfortable then adjust and try again or leave it out.
If unsure, visit your local therapist or instructor for hands on correction.
