Assess, Treat & Train the Hip & Pelvic Complex- Online learning

Learn how to assess and train the hip and pelvic complex from isolation to full integration and loading.
This online workshop covers theory, release techniques and both stability and strengthening exercises for the hip and pelvic region.
The knowledge can be used with private clients or within your rehab exercise classes or Pilates mat classes.
The workshop includes a full manual.

Physio Barre!

Barre based training programme

2 day/16hrs workshop with manual. This course is designed to implement Barre training into your studio or clinic setting. It is open to alleid health professionals and pilates instructors. This programme is presented in partnership with UniteHeath.

Resistance Band Training

This online programme presents a full repertoire of rehab exercises that that can be delivered in private or small group sessions.
Resistance band is the most portable yet effective equipment for strength training. This programme delivers exercises in a variety of positions from supine, kneeling to standing to deliver a safe and effective full body programme for your clients.
Prior knowledge of anatomy is required and training in Pilates is beneficial.
