** Please note, enrolment to classes closes at the end of week 3 of each term.

Class Descriptions

ISOLATE
LEVEL 1
New to exercise. Recovering from injury with minimal acute pain. Also ideal for post natal training.
INTEGRATE
LEVEL 2
Familiar with stability training concepts, and now working towards a greater core challenge.
STRENGTH
LEVEL 3
Good body awareness and core concepts. Longer history of exercise preferred.
POWER
LEVEL 4
A fast paced class with different repertoire each session. No ongoing acute injuries.
BARRE
LEVEL 4
Rehab exercises are combined with technique used for classical ballet at the barre. A mixture of body weight and resistance bands are used in these sessions.
THERAPEUTIC STRETCH & MOBILISESelf-guided massage and release. Using a mix of targeted stretches, special small massage balls, foam rollers and dynamic stretches that flow together.
